Yes. The free plan covers one property, with no time limit and no credit card. It isn't a trial: you can use it for as long as you manage a single property.
Are there hidden fees or a commission on my bookings?
No. HostDesk takes no per-booking fee and no percentage of your revenue. The advertised price (€0, €4.99 or €9.99 a month) is the only amount you pay.
What is the difference between the Pro and Max plans?
The Pro plan (€4.99/mo) adds a second property, full statistics, advanced alerts and automatic iCal sync. The Max plan (€9.99/mo) goes up to four properties and adds multi-user access, gross/net accounting and import/export.
Can I pay yearly to save?
Yes. Annual billing gives around −10%: the Pro plan comes to €4.49/mo (billed €53.89 a year) and the Max plan to €8.99/mo (billed €107.89 a year), i.e. one month free.

It's a deliberate choice: HostDesk is built for the independent individual host, not for large property managers. By staying simple and capped at four properties, the tool stays fast, affordable and easy to learn.
