Terms of use and sale

These terms govern access to and use of the HostDesk service, as well as subscriptions to paid plans.

Last updated: 9 June 2026

Scope and description of the service

HostDesk is a micro-PMS (rental management software) for independent hosts managing 1 to 4 properties.

The service notably provides iCal calendar synchronisation, net revenue calculation, tourist tax management, cleaning tracking and simplified accounting. HostDesk is not a channel manager and does not publish listings on platforms.

Account and registration

Using the service requires creating an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials confidential.

Plans and pricing

HostDesk offers three plans:

Payment, renewal and cancellation

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor Stripe and renew automatically each month.

You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. The free plan involves no payment.

Right of withdrawal

For paid subscriptions, the digital service is provided immediately after subscribing. In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, you expressly acknowledge and agree to waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once performance of the service begins.

The free plan involves no payment and is therefore not concerned.

User obligations

You agree to use the service in accordance with the law and these terms, and not to impair its operation or the rights of third parties.

Availability and liability

HostDesk strives to keep the service continuously available, without guaranteeing the complete absence of interruption (maintenance, technical incidents, third-party dependencies).

The publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damages. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.

Intellectual property

All elements of the service (trademark, logo, interface, code) are protected. The subscription grants a personal, non-exclusive right of use, with no transfer of ownership.

Personal data

The processing of your personal data is described in our privacy policy.

Changes to the terms

The publisher may amend these terms. Substantial changes will be communicated to you and will apply to subsequent subscription periods.

Governing law, mediation and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law.

In accordance with the French Consumer Code, consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge to seek an amicable settlement of a dispute.

Failing an amicable settlement, the French courts have jurisdiction, under the conditions provided by law.
